Suoer Team Building Event: Client Appreciation Sharing Session

Last Thursday, SUOER transformed our headquarters into a warm, collaborative space for a special team building event—our Client Appreciation Sharing Session—where we gathered with over 30 valued clients from North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. More than a celebration, this event was a heartfelt tribute to the partnerships that have fueled our 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer of solar energy storage systems (including inverters, chargers, and controllers). It was a day to listen, learn, and strengthen the bonds that make our business more than transactions—they’re genuine collaborations.

The event kicked off with a welcome address from our CEO, who emphasized SUOER’s core value: “Clients are our partners in growth.” He shared how client feedback has shaped our product innovations—optimizing the efficiency of our solar inverters for residential and commercial use. Following this, we invited clients to take center stage for a sharing session, where they openly discussed their experiences with our products, challenges they’ve overcome, and future needs.

One standout story came from a European client who has been using our 10kWh hybrid wheeled lithium-ion battery and solar controller for his farm: “SUOER’s products have transformed our operations—we’ve cut diesel costs by 80% and gained reliable power even during remote rural outages. What impresses me most is how responsive your team is to feedback; when we suggested improving the battery’s mobility, you delivered within 6 months.” Another client from the Middle East praised our solar energy solutions' performance in extreme 50°C heat: “Your products have provided stable and efficient power for our commercial projects, and your after-sales support is unmatched.”

After the sharing session, guests were invited to a product experience zone, where they tested our latest solar energy storage systems. Our R&D and sales teams were on hand to answer questions, demo new features (like smart app integration for controllers and energy-efficient chargers), and gather real-time feedback. The atmosphere was lively and interactive—clients swapped tips with each other, while our team gained invaluable insights into how we can better serve their evolving needs.

Lunch was a casual affair, with clients and SUOER team members mingling over international cuisine.
