Last Friday, Suoer’s team traded keyboards for laser guns and stepped into an exciting CS shooting arena for our much-anticipated team building event. Designed to foster teamwork, enhance communication, and let everyone unwind from intense work rhythms, the event brought together over 60 employees from R&D, sales, production, and administration departments—turning colleagues into teammates in a thrilling battle of strategy and collaboration.
The day kicked off with a lively briefing from professional coaches, who guided everyone through safety rules, equipment usage, and basic shooting skills. After a quick warm-up, participants were divided into 8 mixed teams, each named after Suoer’s core values, such as “Tech Warriors,” “Collab Rangers,” and “Win Together Squad.” The competition adopted a knockout format, with each round requiring teams to complete missions like “hostage rescue” and “base defense”—challenges that demanded not just individual skill, but close coordination and quick decision-making.
What made the event unforgettable was the incredible teamwork on display. During the quarter-finals, the “Collab Rangers” faced a tough opponent, but they quickly huddled to adjust their strategy: some players acted as cover fire, others sneaked around the flank to outflank the enemy, and the team captain kept everyone focused with clear commands. Even when they fell behind, teammates cheered each other on instead of blaming, and their collective effort finally turned the tide. Off the battlefield, everyone gathered to share snacks, laugh about funny moments (like accidental “friendly fire”), and discuss tactics—strengthening bonds beyond daily work interactions.
As the sun set, the “Win Together Squad” claimed the championship trophy, but every participant left with more than just memories. “This competition taught me that great results come from trust and collaboration—just like our work on energy storage projects,” said one R&D team member. “When we communicate openly and support each other, we can overcome any challenge, whether it’s a CS mission or a tough customer project.”
This CS shooting team building event wasn’t just a fun day out; it was a vivid reminder that Suoer’s greatest strength lies in our united team. As we return to work, we’ll carry the spirit of collaboration, strategy, and mutual support into every project—from optimizing inverters and chargers to serving global customers. Here’s to more team adventures, stronger bonds, and continued success together!
